MK David Rotem: 'Tibi again tramples on Israeli Law'

"Tibi again tramples on Israeli law, and ignores his responsibility to be a loyal citizen of our country," said Israel Beytenu MK David Rotem Thursday, commenting on recent reports that Israeli Arab MK Ahmed Tibi (United Arab List) visited Beirut.

"This event only supports thoughts of proposing a law to necessitate the making a formal statement of allegiance to the state in order to receive citizenship," said Rotem.
